The digitalization of the world is proceeding faster than ever and the need for developing both physical and digital presence is huge, both nationally and internationally. At the same time, YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world, right after Google, through which more than 250 million hours of moving images are consumed every day.

Our programs are not hybrid training aimed at the masses, where we tell clichéd truths about "charisma" and "capturing the audience". We don't spend recreation days with improvisation games – we work expediently with those individuals whose position requires high-level performance-related skills.

As an actor he works in both domestic and foreign film and TV productions. Sjöman is the founder of Hoka Films, a production company providing services to AV professionals.
